With the constant movement of the earths surface and the possibility of landslides or earthquakes it is common that homes will settle causing damage to the structural integrity of a particular building. The most common type of settling occurs when soil dampens due to rain, defective drainage and small landslides.
Saribalis Construction uses a variety of methods to counteract these forces and defend against future damage. One of the most cost effective solutions to settling is the installation of hydraulic pipe piles. Using a hydraulic press, we install steel resistant piers down to bedrock depths or until the pipe pile reaches the pier-encountered firm-bearing stratum that is suitable to support the load. These piers are attached with a steel bracket to the bottom and side of the foundation securing the load bearing in place. Saribalis Construction specializes in the installation of pipe piles at cost effective for the homeowner.

If we determine that settling has occurred due to downspouts, French drains or other drainage related issues, we will identify the specific defective area and replace the drainage material. Saribalis Construction can also install all new drainage systems to ensure future damage does not occur.

For large retaining walls that require a large amount of rock bolts, we use an Air-Track drifter drill that can bore consecutive holes quickly and at substantial depths.
We specialize in a method of concrete pumping for retaining walls using compressed air to project the concrete directly onto the retaining wall.
